500 g biscuits
200 g butter
200 ml milk
1 bag of coconut flakes
200 g old
3 tablespoons cocoa
scent of rom
Method of preparation
Chop the biscuits (but do not grind them) and mix them with milk, 100 g of sugar and 3 tablespoons of cocoa and mix well. Put the milk gradually over the biscuits, so that it is well incorporated in the biscuits and can spread the dough like a sheet of pie.
Put the butter in a separate bowl, add the rest of the sugar and rub well, until a paste is formed. Then add the coconut flakes and mix well.
Spread the biscuit composition on a cellophane foil, previously anointed with a little oil or melted butter, using a facet. Sprinkle with a little essence of rum and vanilla and add over the butter biscuits with coconut.
Run the cellophane well and put the cake in the refrigerator for several hours.
It is served with chocolate topping.
