Millefeuille with chocolate

Chocolate Millefeuille is a very tasty, very tasty dessert that is prepared quickly and easily. It is ideal for family dinner and is so delicious that it will delight even the most discerning guests.

370 g of dough

4 tablespoons strawberry jam

150 g of fresh strawberries

290 ml of cream

45 g white chocolate

190 g dark chocolate

1 vanilla essence

Method of preparation

Cut the dough into three, then line the baking tray and bake the dough for 15 minutes. Mix 4 tablespoons of cream with white chocolate cut into pieces in bain-marie. Separately, also at bain-marie, mix the rest of the cream and the dark chocolate, until you get a homogeneous composition.

Grease the dough sheets with jam, then put a layer of chocolate cream and fresh strawberries and place another sheet of dough over them. Repeat this process until you have finished all the ingredients.

On top of the last sheet of dough, put another layer of jam and one of chocolate and bake for at least 30 minutes.
