8 small tomatoes

100 g of cow cheese

100 g telemere

50 g butter

1/2 dill connection

Method of preparation

Wash the tomatoes, then remove the lid and sprinkle with a teaspoon. He let himself out. The dill is washed, salted and minced.

The cheeses are given by the fine sieve from the mincer, mix with the rubbed butter and dill. The composition is well rubbed until it is homogenized. The tomatoes will then be filled with the respective composition and then they are placed on salad leaves - placed on the plate.

It is given everything cold, until serving time. Optionally, the stuffed tomatoes can be decorated with pieces of olives on top.
