As the hot and sunny days are approaching, it's time to introduce your vegetables and vegetables to your daily menu. An excellent snack for lunch would be tomatoes filled with meat. They are prepared quickly and easily and are very tasty.

500 g minced pork

1 kg of tomatoes

200 g of rice

Method of preparation

Wash the tomatoes well, make a lid on the top and remove the core.

Chop the onion and add it to the heat, add the minced meat, the rice, the spices and the minced chopped kernels from the tomatoes. Add a little water over them and let them simmer.

Grease a pan with oil or butter and place the tomatoes filled with the composition of meat, rice and tomato kernels and replace the lids. Pour two cups of water over them and leave them in the oven for 30 minutes.

The tomatoes stuffed with meat are served warm, with cream cheese or cream.
