Pumpkin Cheesecake

- 250 g of bread;
- 210 g old;
- 160 g butter;
- 250 g pumpkin;
- 240 g of cheese of cows;
- 120 ml cream;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 vanilla essence;
- 1 lemon;
- half teaspoon of shaved ginger.

Method of preparation

Mix the crust with the butter and 150 g of sugar until you get a crumbly dough. Line a baking tray with it, then place it in the oven for 10 minutes, until it is lightly browned.

Combine cream with eggs, cow cheese, remaining sugar, grated pumpkin, lemon peel, vanilla and ginger, then pour this composition over the cheesecake dough and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve the cheesecake with cold pumpkin, garnished with powdered sugar, cocoa or whipped cream.
