The outdoor oven makes it a night for many. Many sweat lakes are awakened, with cushion as if soaked in water and can not sleep again. Professor Dr. Radu Mihailescu, medical director of the "Al. Obregia" Psychiatric Hospital, gives some tips to fight the heat during the night. First of all, the room must be well ventilated before sleep.

Obregia" Psychiatric Hospital, gives some tips to fight the heat during the night. First of all, the room must be well ventilated before sleep.
It is good to keep current or let the air conditioner go. For an acceptable sleep one does not eat much in the evening. Even excessive drinking in the evening is not recommended, because during the night, perspiration and urination become excessive. For a quiet sleep, we should not watch too much on the TV stand in bed or read in the lying position.
